1. The Three (3) Years Free Periodic Maintenance is subject to Intervals as stated below:
- 15,000 KM or 1 Year (whichever comes first).

- 45,000 KM or 3 Years (whichever comes first).
- The three (3) years free periodic maintenance is applicable to all model line-ups.
- Servicing must be in Volkswagen Authorised Service Centres only.
- Maintenance service as per standard maintenance table only. (Excluding wear and tear items).
- The three (3) years free periodic maintenance is not exchangeable for cash.
2. The Five (5) Years Free Periodic Maintenance are subjected to Intervals as stated below:
- 15,000 KM or 1 Year (whichever comes first).
- 30,000 KM or 2 Years (whichever comes first).
- 45,000 KM or 3 Years (whichever comes first).
- 60,000 KM or 4 years (whichever comes first).
- 75,000 KM or 5 years (whichever comes first).
- The five (5) years free periodic maintenance is applicable to Passat and Tiguan model line-ups only with registration date from the 1st of July 2019 to 31st of December 2019.
- Servicing must be in Volkswagen Authorised Service Centres only.
- Maintenance service as per standard maintenance table only. (Excluding wear and tear items).
- The five (5) years free periodic maintenance is not exchangeable for cash.
3. Low interest rate of 1.88% (per annum) are applicable only with selected banks:
- Minimum loan amount of RM80,000 and 5 years loan tenure.
- Maximum financing value will be based on 90% of vehicle retail price inclusive of official Volkswagen accessories package (if any) OR the maximum finance value determined by Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
- The low interest rate of 1.88% is only applicable to Passat and Tiguan model line-ups only.
